Our Cat Subscription Box is a fully customisable Cat Gift Box available on subscription with a new theme every month.

You can fully customise your Cat Gift Box subscription with Owners name & gender and your Cats’ Name, Gender, Life-stage, Coat Type, Food & Treat preferences, Activity level, and Life-style. By customising your Cat Subscription Box to your cat’s preferences, we are able to compile a monthly box with items that match your cats’ needs. This means less items unsuitable for your cat and providing better value for money than conventional subscription boxes. Our Cat Gift Boxes are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel as standard – 2-4 working days although faster shipping options are available.

Important Information

Payment & subscription Info:

If you subscribe on or before the last day of the month you will be charged when you place your order and you will receive the current month’s box. This will be picked, packed and shipped within 24 working hours. You will then be charged again on the 1st day of the following month and then every month until you cancel your subscription. We synchronise subscriptions so we can send all monthly subscription boxes together on the 7th of the month. This means you will pay and receive your first box straight away, followed by your regular monthly payments on the 1st of each month and receive your monthly subscription boxes on the same day each month (depending on the shipping method you selected).

Shipping:

Shipping via Royal Mail 2nd class parcel as standard 2- 4 working days although faster shipping options are available.

This isn’t a little box and it won’t fit through your letter box! In comparison to other cat subscription boxes ours is bigger than most – not that we’re bragging. However, it does help to know, your postman may ask you to collect this parcel if you aren’t home on the day of delivery. If you have a parcel store at the front of your house and want to know if our boxes will fit, the dimensions of our boxes are L 33cm x W 24cm x H 10.5cm. Our boxes sometimes way up to 2Kg depending on the contents of each months box, customisation and selected extras.
