How Do I Track My Parcel?

Haven’t received your parcel or just want to know where it is? If you have upgraded your shipping method from Free Shipping to one of our Tracked shipping options you can track your parcel here.

With Track My Parcel, every time we send your One Happy Cat Gift Box, we will email you a tracking code. Your tracking code can be found:

• In your Order Completed Email
• In your My Account > Dashboard > Orders > View Order and click on TRACK button

Enter your tracking code in the box below – updated every three hours – or you can track your parcel via Royal Mail tracking page here or DPD tracking page here
